Dr. Jeff Cook - Dentist

Dr. Jeff Cook graduated from Western Michigan University with a degree in Biomedical Sciences, and graduated with his DMD from Midwestern University School of Dentistry Arizona in 2015. After Finishing dental school, he has further continued his education through a wide variety of CE courses including: Implant dentistry, Invisalign (Orthodontics), Oral surgery, Sedation dentistry (IV sedation), Cosmetic dentistry, Root Canal treatments, and Botox treatment.

Dr. Cook has lived in Blackfalds and worked at Alpen dental since 2015. When not working Dr. Cook can be found spending time with his wife and three children, and enjoying the outdoors.
